Homemade Meat Rounds 家鄉肉餅


Ingredients:
400g minced meat
2 tbsp minced garlic

Seasonings:
1 tsp pepper
5 pieces chopped water chestnut
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp corn flour

Method:
1. Place all ingredients and seasonings into a bowl, pat to become mixture.
2. Divide the mixture into few portions and mould them into meat round shape.
3. Pan-fry over medium-high heat till cooked.
