Longan Pudding 龙眼布丁

食谱一：(大概12杯塑胶杯)

材料：
1 liter 水
1 包装含糖豆奶(1 liter)
4-5 Pandan leaf
1 tbsp agar-agar powder
1 can longan

做法：
1 liter 水 + pandan leaf 煮开煮香，然后倒入包装豆奶(1 liter)煮沸，不用再加糖了因为包装豆奶已经是甜的，然后加入1 tbsp agar-agar powder (agar-agar powder必须用一些水调开来倒入不然如果直接粉状倒入的话会结块状的) ，煮大概5分钟直到agar-agar powder溶化。好了倒入杯中等它凝固后加入罐头龙眼肉和水装饰。放入冰箱冷藏。

食谱二：(大概做20杯塑胶杯)

材料：
3 liter water
1 can evaporated creamer
Sugar（自己的甜度）
4-5 Pandan leaf（如果没有也ok）
1 1/2 tbsp agar-agar powder
1 can longan
做法：
Water n pandan leaf 煮开煮香，倒入淡奶精，和糖，试味，微甜就好了（因为别忘记最后还要放入罐头龙眼水），再加入agar-agar powder (agar-agar powder必须用一些水调开来倒入不然如果直接粉状倒入的话会结块状的) ，煮至粉完全溶化大概要4-5分钟，后倒入杯中等它完全凝固，后加入罐头龙眼肉和水。后记得放入冰箱冷冻。

P/S:

两个食谱的做法大同小异，味道都很不错，看你本身喜欢豆奶还是淡奶 ^^

不喜欢龙眼可以用其它的罐头水果代替，例如～荔枝，红毛丹。。。。

Red Bean Soup

Red Bean Soup 红豆水

煮红豆水看似容易，但是如果要煮得好喝就要下点功夫噢！

燒熱鍋，放入紅豆／綠豆乾炒，慢慢炒至豆粒燙手（約100C），關火，倒入適量清水煮滾，水里放入4-5片Pandan Leaf。豆粒經一冷一熱後，豆殻容易脫開及快速開花，繼續煮至軟及熟透。（大概要一个小时多）

（紅豆／綠豆乾炒後，可縮短熬煮的時間，且能散發豆香，令紅豆沙或綠豆沙的豆味更濃郁。）

紅豆煮軟煮好後，取出一半的份，放入攪拌機內打成茸，放回鍋內，下糖煮溶即可。

味道比外面的卖的好喝得多喝呢！

為何冰糖最後才加入？喔！原來是這樣的，冰糖要待紅豆煮好後才加入，否則紅豆難以煮透的噢！

Ingredients:
400g minced meat
2 tbsp minced garlic

Seasonings:
1 tsp pepper
5 pieces chopped water chestnut
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp corn flour

Method:
1. Place all ingredients and seasonings into a bowl, pat to become mixture.
2. Divide the mixture into few portions and mould them into meat round shape.
3. Pan-fry over medium-high heat till cooked.
